Commissioned concept research with consultancy Nomat that turned a product hunch into a stakeholder-backed business case for Xplan-BI, I designed the concept tested with customers, co-created the survey, and co-facilitated all 20 customer interviews.

I'm a Senior Product Designer at Iress, where I work end-to-end across the Xplan wealth management platform - leading design for Meeting AI, our first generative AI capability, and owning the redesign of our multi-product design system with WCAG 2.2 accessibility built into its foundations.
I came to product through brand: a Communication Design degree, agency campaigns for national brands like Mazda and RACV, and packaging and illustration work. That's why craft, consistency and visual systems sit at the centre of how I design products - I love bringing structure to chaos, whether that's an advice workflow, a component library, or my own colour-coded everything.
Outside of work: travel, podcasts, thriller & murder mystery books, two very energetic Spoodles, and a family life that keeps things happily busy!
